Mental Health Counseling for Trauma, Addiction, and Holistic Wellbeing

Counseling Services
Individual and group treatment of emotional and mental disorders including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and moods.  Trained EMDR therapist.  Certified in hypnotherapy. 

Qualifications
Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduation with Distinction.  Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor by State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, & Marriage and Family Therapist Board License E.2102384.  

Fees
$140 per 50min. Intake-Preliminary Diagnosis Session
$120 per 50min. Standard-Rate Talk Therapy Session
$140 per 50min. EMDR/Hypnosis Session
$160per 60min. Intensive Program Session (2 hour minimum)
Premium Hourly Rates additional 20%.  Premium Hourly Rates apply for sessions 6pm-8pm and Saturdays.
I accept cash, debit/credit, Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

Insurance
It is a common opinion that many insurance companies utilize medical models that conflict with private and effective treatment.  Therefore, I do not accept direct payment from insurance providers.  I can, however, provide documentation should clients wish to submit to their providers.  I am happy to discuss this in greater detail.

Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.  You may contact me with the provided phone number, email address, or with a direct message through the client portal.  Unless there is an emergency, missed appointments, late cancellations, and late rescheduling will be charged full fee.  Continued missed appointments may result in termination of services.
